BCLEVR is an online platform that automatically connects people who want a service or product with the professionals who provide that service or market that product.
For those who are in need of professional services or products and want to receive for free price quotations for it: Users
Simply select the category of the service or product for which you want to receive price quotations and then you just have to wait for the interested professionals to send you their proposals.
Only 5 professionals will be able to respond to each quote request, so at most you will receive 5 price quotations for each quote request you submit.
When you have received the 5 price quotations, analyze it and hire the right professional! Simple, fast and free!

Just sign up, choose the categories that interest you and the locations where you work.
Whenever a User submits a quote request that match your categories and locations, you will be immediately notified of it by email and you will be able to respond and send price quotation for the service or product, thus trying to win another customer!
Only 5 professionals can respond and quotate each quote request, so you will only have a maximum of 4 competitors for each and every request.

Professionals » Your main goal is to get more work and new customers by using BCLEVR. This goal is defined in 2 steps: First you have to respond to the quote requests available whose services you want to provide. Only by responding to a quote request can you access the User's contacts and submit a price quotation. After you have responded to the quote request, you can submit a price quotation to the User. Then, you only need to wait and check if the User has awarded you the service.

Professionals » Users only have to search and select the service or product they want and submit their request for quotation. BCLEVR then sends this quote request to Professionals that match this particular location and category. As soon as the Professionals receive the quote request, they consult it and decide if it is a service they are interested in providing or a product they are interested in selling. In that case, they send a price quotation.
